Michael Morway's Craftship was launched in 2010 while he was opening and managing the renowned Nosh Tavern in Plymouth, MA, While running Craftship and Nosh, chef Morway quickly established himself as a spearhead for local and scratch-kitchen food. Winner of numerous local and national awards, as well as a Guinness World Record, a World Food Championship and appearances on the Food Network, Michael quickly separated himself from the pack.
Craftship's focus is on local vendors, seasonal menus, and working with superb localmixologists, event planners, distilleries, breweries and chefs. Michael specializes on crafting menus specifically for each event and client. He also has been focused on consulting for local companies that need that help in design, menu development, opening or just streamlining business.
